As production manager for Cooper Farms my top priorities are employee safety and animal care. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Carl Link from Fort Recovery, Ohio. We have a company culture to invest in cutting edge technology that keeps our employees safe apart from the effect on the bottom line. At our farms we implement animal care programs that keep both our employees safe and our animals well cared for. We pride ourselves in having an animal care auditor on staff to hold us accountable to high animal care standards.
